Employee Purchasing-Order Processor

Are you a real organizer and do you get energy from managing the procurement process? Do you ensure the desired result by fulfilling agreements and encouraging internal and external parties to do the same? Are you articulate, quick to enter purchase orders and do you follow through with follow-up actions? Do you see problems coming in time and do you provide a workable solution? What will you do?

As a Buyer - Order Processor, you determine the success of our organization by controlling the purchasing process. You enter orders, request delivery times and place orders with our suppliers. You also have a coordinating role, ensuring that orders arrive on time and resolving issues before they become problems. You communicate with colleagues from technical purchasing, logistics, sales, work preparation, planning and externally with the customer. You are part of the friendly team of IPS Materials. You report to the team leader, who is also your sparring partner in case of escalations.

Fill most of the day with:

  • Requesting delivery times and placing orders with suppliers;
  • Ensuring that orders are delivered on time and resolving issues;
  • Communicating delivery times to internal and external customers;
  • Monitoring the schedule;
  • Processing orders in the ERP system (ISAH).

What do you bring?

We work in an informal atmosphere. Due to rapid growth, it is still a bit hectic at times. We are looking for someone who likes to think along in processes and who rolls up their sleeves. Together we bring structure and calm to the order process.

  • Minimum MBO level 4 working and thinking level;
  • You are communicatively strong and have a command of the Dutch and English languages;
  • You have a positive attitude, agreement is agreement and you are accurate...;
