Project Supervisor

Do you like to plan and organize? Do you like being in charge of our challenging projects? Then this could be the next challenge for you!

What will you do?

As project supervisor you are an important coordinating link between the sales and production departments and part of the project support team. Organizing and planning are tasks that you do not turn your hand to, you communicate easily with the internal and external customer and can switch quickly.

Through your entrepreneurial approach, you can deliver optimal performance with the team while keeping an overview, being driven and having the will to make our projects a success. In collaboration with the team leader you will monitor progress, identify problems in the planning and advise on adjustments.
In short: a versatile role with a lot of responsibility.

Your duties include:

  • Monitoring the schedule for our projects and ensuring clear documentation of this.
  • Organizing all logistics aspects of our orders (transportation, packing lists, customs documents) in cooperation and coordination with our customers, transporters, customs etc.
  • Preparing work orders to our internal departments: packaging, logistics and production and preparing sales invoices and approving purchase invoices for your projects.

We ask a lot, but offer you even more!

  • Fun and healthy work atmosphere within a nice team in a family owned company;
  • A work environment where you have plenty of room for initiative and entrepreneurship;
  • Good benefits such as: travel reimbursement, 8% vacation pay, work-at-home scheme and profit-sharing scheme;
  • The possibility of permanent employment;
  • Attractive pension accrual, with 50% of your premium paid by Meilink;
  • Study facilities and advancement opportunities to (continue to) develop yourself;
  • Several fun actions from the party committee;
  • You will become part of a dynamic packaging world where sustainability is paramount;
  • Of course delicious coffee and fresh fruit every day.

What do you bring?

  • A completed MBO level 4 education in a logistics or technical field.
  • 3-5 years experience in transportation and logistics, affinity with engineering, technical and spatial understanding.
  • Good MS office skills and preferably knowledge of ERP systems (ISAH is a plus).

Do you not meet all the requirements, but do you consider yourself suitable for the vacancy? Do not hesitate to apply anyway! Maybe you are the addition to our team that we need.

Working at Meilink...
