HR Officer

For our Eindhoven office we are looking for an experienced HR employee to replace maternity leave. Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and do you get excited when you can help to build and develop? Then read on quickly!

What will you do?

As an HR employee, no day is the same and you will have an extensive range of duties. You will be responsible for carrying out and facilitating all HR related matters within IPS Technology and Meilink Schijndel.

  • You are responsible for the daily processing, control and monitoring of all administrative processes. This includes matters concerning inflow, through-flow and outflow, matters concerning absence and leave requests.
  • You provide payroll entries to our payroll department.
  • As an HR employee, you are the first point of contact for all colleagues of IPS Technology and Meilink Schijndel both by phone, e-mail and face-to-face. Depending on the complexity of the issues you will answer them independently or consult with the HR advisor or HR manager.
  • You will provide support to the corporate recruiter in the recruitment and selection process.
  • You know how to analyze data from reports, analyses and overviews and know how to translate them into possible actions.
  • You take a critical look at existing processes and make improvement suggestions.

  • You have several years of experience in a similar HR position.
  • You want to help build our dynamic organization and are driven to think proactively in the process.
  • You have experience with a personnel information system. Experience with Cobra is a plus.
  • You are communicative in both Dutch and English.
  • You know how to set the right priorities and proceed with precision.
